Social Strategy & Execution:
Develop and lead global social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms
Create and manage editorial calendars tied to product launches, campaigns, community events, and partner activations
Oversee daily execution of social content — ensuring tone, visuals, and timing are always on-brand and on-point
Analyze social media performance and use data to improve strategy and content mix
Guide regional social teams to ensure alignment with global content goals and campaign calendars
Content Ownership:
Manage a team of social media specialists and content creators (internal + freelance)
Lead the creation of short-form content, including visuals, memes, reels, and platform-specific formats
Partner with media, KOL, and community teams to amplify high-performing content
Collaborate with creative and video teams to deliver high-impact brand storytelling
Ensure every piece of content ladders up to our core narrative: making gamers feel seen, heard, and hype
3–6 years experience in social media, content strategy, or digital brand marketing
Hands-on experience with managing multi-platform content calendars and social execution
Excellent writing and storytelling skills, especially for social
Comfortable with performance metrics, social insights, and turning data into action
Strong collaboration skills, you’ll work with Creative, KOL, BD, and Community teams daily
Passion for gaming and youth culture is a big plus
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
