Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute channel sales strategies in alignment with overall company goals.
Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with new and existing channel partners.
Monitor channel performance and ensure targets are met through consistent engagement and support.
Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize channel strategies and drive revenue growth.
Provide partners with training, marketing materials, and sales support to enhance performance.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and promotions.
Conduct regular performance reviews with channel partners, providing feedback and action plans for improvement.
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities within the channel landscape.
Report regularly on channel performance, sales forecasts, and opportunities to senior management.
Job Requirement
5 years + of experience in channel management, sales, or business development.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage and nurture key partnerships.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through channel strategies.
Solid understanding of sales analytics, market segmentation, and the ability to optimize channel strategies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Bahasa & English).
Ability to work across multiple teams and handle follow-ups and deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
